Pay-LESS Office Social Media Contest Rules

To provide fair and equal chance of winning to all Pay-LESS customers, the following are the official rules for all social media contests conducted by Pay-LESS Office.


ELIGIBILITY: Our social media contests are open to customers in good standing with Pay-LESS Office. Employees of Pay-LESS Office and members of their family (spouse/significant other, parent, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. If you have previously won one of our social media contests within the prior 90 days of contest commencement, you are not eligible to enter or win.

HOW TO WIN OUR SOCIAL MEDIA CONTESTS: Visit our social media pages and follow the directions provided to enter for a chance to win the prize for that contest. Eligibility of individual entries will be at the sole discretion of Pay-LESS Office, for any reason or for no reason, though specific reasons for disqualification may include use of inappropriate language or visuals.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners of all our social media contests will be contacted via their social media information that was used to enter the contest. Pay-LESS Office will mail the contest prize to the address supplied by the recipient of the winner announcement. Claiming of prizes requires a response to PayLESS Office within 30 days of being notified of winning. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. Pay-LESS Office is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).

SUBMISSION OF PHOTO, TEXT OR OTHER CONTENT FOR CONTESTS: Entries selected for display and to win "best of" contests and any other contests requiring photo, text or other content from the entrants will be judged entirely at the discretion of Pay-LESS Office.

By submitting any photo or information on Pay-LESS Office social media outlets, you hereby grant to Pay-LESS Office an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted photo or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world and for any purpose. In addition, the rights granted to Pay-LESS Office includes but is not limited to the right to resize, crop, censor, compress, edit, feature, caption, affix logos to, and to otherwise alter or make use of the submitted photo or content.

By submitting any photo or information to Pay-LESS Office, you hereby represent and warrant that the submitted photo or information does not and shall not infringe on any copyright, any rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party, and you have the right to grant any and all rights and licenses granted to Pay-LESS Office herein, including but not limited to all necessary rights under copyright, free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.

You acknowledge and agree that Pay-LESS Office shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly available any photo or information submitted by you, and may, in its sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any photo or information that you submit to Pay-LESS Office.

You understand and intend that any photo or information submitted by you to Pay-LESS Office may be available for viewing, rating, review and comment on by the public, and understand that comments or ratings with which you disagree or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with any photo or information you submit to Pay-LESS Office. By submitting any photo or information to Pay-LESS Office, you hereby waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to any such photo or information submitted by you to Pay-LESS Office.

You hereby agree to hold Pay-LESS Office harmless from and against, and hereby waive any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with the inclusion in, publication via or display on any Pay-LESS Office site, or any other use authorized under these Terms, of any photo or information submitted to Pay-LESS Office by you.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Pay-LESS Office, which shall be final in all respects relating to our contests; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Pay-LESS Office, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant's participation in our contests or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize (or portion thereof); and (c) to the use of his/her name, photograph, comments, image and/or other likeness for advertising, publicity, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Pay-LESS Office, without compensation or additional consents from entrant and without prior notice, approval or inspection.

Pay-LESS Office reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend any portion of the contest for any reason, and, in the event of termination, to determine the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received and combined up to such time of cancellation.
